Terms and conditions

Classes 
Mat and Reformer classes are booked and paid in advance on a block basis*
Payment for a course is non-refundable, once a place has been confirmed and the course has commenced. 

In the event of missing a class, there may be a possibility of attending a catch up class within the block. These are available by prior arrangement with your teacher, when space is available within an alternative class. Unfortunately it is not possible to carry over catch up classes to another block – it all gets too complex! 

Therefore, where possible, please let the teacher know if you aren’t able to attend a class, as this may allow another client an opportunity to slot into that class. 

*If new to Studio36 there will always be the opportunity to try a class before committing to a block, unless it is a beginners course.

One to One Sessions 
We require you to contact the studio via e-mail, text or phone at least 48 hours before your appointment is due if you would like to cancel or reschedule.
Apologies credit/refund cannot be given if the notice period is not adhered to.
