MENS PILATES CLASSES

Sitting a lot?
Stiff hips/knees/ankles?
Sore back?
Neck and shoulders tight?

 Do you want to improve flexibility for golf, tennis, sailing, walking, getting up from a low seat without groaning or just putting on your socks?? 

If so, come to Studio36 for a series of Pilates classes specifically for men, aimed at increasing flexibility and strength. Work out a few vital exercises that help longterm mobility. Iron out the common restrictions that put stress on joints, and move better to help function. 
No lycra needed! Wear something comfortable like shorts or stretchy trousers. Should be a bit of craic too... 


6 weeks pre Summer: Thursday 4.15pm - 5.15pm
May 12/19/26 June 9/16/23  

Matwork is main plan but aim to do Reformer sessions too if numbers allow. All will be revealed!
COST: £90pp. 
BEGINNERS REALLY WELCOME OR COME ALONG IF HAVE PREVIOUS PILATES EXPERIENCE.

NEW BEGINNER REFORMER CLASS

  • Thursday 12 noon.

    • Thursday 12th/19th/26th May, 9th/16th/23rd June

    • 60 minute class

    • Limited to SIX people

    • Tutor: Anita McBriar

    • £108pp - six week block

    • No prior experience on Reformer needed, matwork experience if possible.
