Studio Sessions

A Studio Session is the perfect way to enjoy a full body workout on the specialist equipment available in Studio36.

As one of the very few studios in Ireland offering this option clients have the opportunity to try the Pilates Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Reformer – as well as all the smaller equipment such as fitness circles, rollers, barrels and balls…and, of course, matwork.

It is a targeted workout with powerful cross training benefits to challenge and shape your body. Although in a group setting with a maximum of 3 clients, you will receive individual attention, as the instructor moves between clients to give direction, feedback and correction throughout the session. The exercises are tailored to suit your individual needs. As you get stronger, the exercises are progressed accordingly.

With an individual programme designed specifically for you, the aim of a Studio Session is to encourage independence and flow, which remains true to the way Pilates was taught originally in a traditional working studio.

How do I start?

Apparatus utilises spring loaded resistance, gravity and movement to assist or challenge the body, so it is important to become familiar with the various pieces of equipment and learn any necessary safety features.

This session is great for anyone with some Pilates experience, but if you do not have previous experience on the equipment you will need to attend a studio induction before joining an ongoing Studio Session.

Classes are booked in a block of 10 consecutive sessions, with the opportunity to make up missed classes when there is availability - see T&C’s.
