Hello Again…

HELLO AGAIN...

There is a sense of optimism in the air with the glorious spring sunshine over the weekend, and plans to re-emerge over the next few weeks.

Of course, I don’t need to tell you that this has been a pretty challenging and turbulent time, for personal lives and for businesses too. Still pretty impressed that so many of us have faced our (my!) fears, embraced technology and kept the show on the road!

It is lovely to think about opening up the doors again in the studio, and great to hear how many clients are so keen to get back into the space. However, with the ongoing restrictions such as social distancing policy still to be confirmed, plans to move forward are involving a bit of guesswork and, in all honesty, potentially some challenging business decisions. I want you to know that we are working behind the scenes to make it as smooth a transition as possible.

What will always remain at the forefront of our minds is strictly following guidelines to ensure client safety and confidence when returning to our studio.
We will await further instructions from the ‘powers that be’ and as always keep you informed along the way.

Meantime thoughts..

  • Zoom has been amazing for many and will remain part of the picture certainly for at least this year (If you miss a class you are registered in we can forward a Zoom recording if you let the teacher know beforehand.)

  • Some 1:1s will be back from early May, and hopefully planning for Reformer classes in June. Mat Classes likely to be Zoom during June.

  • Summer schedule will be announced once know more re what’s allowed!

HEADS UP...

Over the last year we have done our best to provide continuity for clients, even if it has meant operating with less class sessions and in some cases smaller class numbers. It is also likely that, for the next while, social distancing restrictions will also necessitate smaller studio class numbers …. whilst operating costs have continued to increase. As a result, unfortunately we will need to increase the cost of studio classes/sessions just to stand still. Once we are able to return to normal class sizes in studio we will review again. For interest Mat Class pricing was last increased in 2014 so a little overdue!

As always we appreciate so much all your support and loyalty, fingers crossed this is a no going back exit from lockdown, with a few more gorgeous, spirit lifting double rainbows to come...

Cheers, Ali x
