As many of you will know, Jane McClenaghan of VITAL NUTRITION has been a regular presenter in the studio over the years, giving us the latest up to date nutrition advice. One of her areas of special interest is Women's Health and the menopause, so I am VERY excited to report her return (LIVE!) to studio36 for this special live Menopause Nutrition event.

If you are a women in your 40s or 50s (younger/older very welcome too!) and your hormones are making you feel anxious or like an angry, irritable teenager, then this workshop will help you make sense of it all.  

Learn more about menopause and meet other women who know exactly how you feel.

From mood swings and anxiety, to weight gain, stiff joints, low libido, hot flushes and night sweats, discover how the food you eat can make all difference to your hormone balance. 

It’s time to demystify the menopause, peri-menopause and midlife.
