A Bright New 2021…
A VERY HAPPY BRIGHT NEW YEAR TO ALL FROM STUDIO36
It’s a gorgeous bright sunny New Year’s Day as I write this …you know the type that shows off Northern Ireland in all its glory. Access to a coast is a massive bonus. Big walk on Ballywalter Beach this am which was just stunning.
Studio36 is planning to hit this 2021 with brightness and optimism, after what has been a very quiet restful Christmas. Much needed by many of us. Like many, I made a conscious decision to move away from any social media and email communications for a while, just to down tools and give my brain a proper rest.
With a six month old puppy many new walks have been discovered and I never take for granted the ability to physically navigate forests, hills, rough terrain, and more recently, icy conditions! As you might imagine my family are sick of me harping on about flexibility of feet, ankles, knees and hips etc, I even managed to distribute a few spikey balls and sliding discs (a new studio toy!), amongst family as Christmas presents. Dear love them!
One of the definite positives of this Covid situation is more people are outside running & walking, its a habit that is hopefully well ingrained and here to stay. But to walk well you need to move all your joints well…PILATES ANYONE??
We are back on Pilates track in Studio36 on Thursday 7th January 9.30am, with all current classes Zooming live from the studio or teachers homes. See schedule in website.
We’ve got this, we know it works really well, keeping us moving, resilient, strong and very importantly, socially connected!
Due to current restrictions our studio36 Private sessions are postponed (unless things change), until Monday 8th February.
We are looking forward to welcoming regulars back onto the screen, but please get in touch if would like to chat about joining a class, or booking a Zoom 1:1 session. If new to Zoom we will help to guide you through.
From us all at Studio36 wishing you all a happy healthy 2021.
Ps. I received this WhatsApp from a client…loved it.
2021…
When Corona is a beer again
When Donald is only a duck
When tiers sit on cake
And when bubbles only exist in champagne...
Fingers crossed!!
