UPDATES RE ONGOING CLASSES
(PLEASE NOTE THIS IS RELEVANT TO ALL CLASSES EXCEPT THOSE RUN BY STEPHANIE)

After this weeks classes we will send out a new link for the next 4 weeks of classes. Always check your SPAM if you have not received the email Zoom invitation.

There are still some requests from clients to start classes or to add an additional class to their schedule. Some classes are full as we still work on the policy of a maximum of 12 clients per class. However, there are some classes with availability, see the classes highlighted in green on the table below. Other classes have an odd space too, it's worth checking if keen.

We offer extra spaces in classes in a block of four consecutive classes, so if you are keen to book a place in an extra class for 4 weeks, please contact Ali/studio36. This will be at the same cost as your existing classes and we will ensure it is a suitable level of class for you before commencing

We are also offering 1-1 private sessions on request via ZOOM. Again it can work really well and allow a great full workout specific to you with lots of feedback. Just get in touch if keen to discuss.

NON CURRENT CLIENTS (WITH PILATES EXPERIENCE BUT NOT CURRENTLY ATTENDING ZOOM CLASSES)
Please get in touch if you would like to join an ongoing ZOOM class in the studio. The schedule is detailed below. We will talk you through getting onto Zoom (if not on it already) and get you to trial a class. Also if keen on a private session, that can be arranged with a teacher too, just pop us an email/ text.

It is your responsibility to let your teacher know, before class commences, of any injury or if anything affects your ability to exercise that day. Please ensure you are working in a safe environment and that you can clearly see and/or hear your teacher in order to follow instructions. You need to take responsibility for your own body and do not perform any exercises that you are not comfortable with, or feel are unsafe for your body.
